Last year in August,I left Romania for a 10 day long journey. It all begun with our first trip to Venice. It had been an exhausting, long road, because we did it all in one day(1300km).Fortunately,i made my bookings for the room in advance so we had no problem in finding one.And we surely would have had so difficulties because the whole region was full of people. One tip,for those who intend to visit Venice,is that they should make a reservation before they arrive there, and if they are going by car, they should find a hotel with free parking, because otherwise it will cost them around 20euro/day.
We stayed at Hotel Mary situated in Campalto, which is a small city near Piazzale Roma. The bus station was just around the corner and one way ticket costs 1 euro.
Venice was fascinating and interesting, and i would surely love to visit it at least onces in this life.
The history, the architecture, the parks, everything was beautiful except of the bunch of people which were running around desperate, like they’ve lost something.
The prices are also quite high so be prepared.
After spending two days in Venice,we continued our trip, passing trough Verona,Brescia,Milan, and Lago di Commo, situated in the northern part of Italy. This region is famous because of the Vip’s that own houses there….
Another log day has passed and we reach our next destination:Beatenberg,Interlaken, situated in the southern part of Switzerlan,60km away from Bern.Interlaken is a beautiful city, situated between the two lakes Thun and Brienz and guarded by one of Switzerland’s highest peaks Jungfrau and Monch.
As our accommodation was situated in Beatenberg, somewhere on a peak,we had to continue our road living Interlaken behind,at leas for a while….
See you….
